I thought the halal options were decent, and everything I tried tasted good. I’m not sure if I’d call it amazing, but maybe I’m being picky. Overall, I’d go again.

I ordered from Fireaway online and it was really easy. The menu was simple to scroll through, adding extras was totally straightforward, and the payment went through with no hassle at all. I got the confirmation pretty much straight away too. No messing about, it just worked like it should. The pizza turned up when expected and was nice and hot, so I was really happy with it

The pizza arrived cold, which was really disappointing. I don’t expect anything fancy, but I do think a pizza should at least turn up hot and fresh. It just wasn’t enjoyable at all...

The packaging looked like it had been through a rough trip. The box was all squashed when it got here, which was annoying. The food itself was still okay, thankfully, but it definitely didn’t make a great first impression.

Stopped in for pizza and the place was super clean. Tables, floors, counter—everything looked kept up. makes a difference.

I don’t know, this pizza just really didn’t do it for me. It was kind of soggy, didn’t have much flavor, and tasted like it had been sitting around and reheated. Something about it was just off. Definitely not something I’d order again.

Not gonna lie, I had a complaint and they handled it quickly. Fair enough, I appreciated how fast they got it sorted.

I’ve ordered from Fireaway a few times now, there’s always loads to pick from. Loads. The menu has plenty of pizzas, sides, and veggie options too, so I’ve never been stuck wondering what to get.

Popped in just meaning to grab a quick pizza, but ended up hanging around for a while. It was clean, relaxed, and not too noisy, which was nice. Staff were friendly in an easygoing sort of way. Just a decent little place to sit with mates when you want something simple and... yeah, I’d go back.

The staff did ask about my allergy, which I appreciated, but the whole thing felt rushed. The food itself was fine, nothing really wrong there, but the wording on the allergen info was kind of misleading and not as clear as it should be. I had to double-check because it wasn’t obvious what was actually safe for me.

I’m kind of regretting this purchase. It seemed like it might be worth it at the time, but after using it, I don’t feel like the value is really there. For what I paid, I expected a bit more, and now I’m wishing I had gone with something else.

Ordered from Fireaway and left disappointed. The pizza looked alright at first, but the toppings just didn’t taste fresh, especially the veg, which was kind of watery and seemed like it had been sitting around. The cheese was okay, but nothing to get excited about. Delivery was fine, so no issue there, but the actual food really let it down. What annoys me more is that places always seem to have these little policy loopholes where if the food technically arrives and isn’t completely wrong, there’s not much you can do, even if the quality is poor. For the price, I expected way better...

I’ve ordered from Fireaway a few times now, usually when they’ve got promos running. The deals make it good value, especially if you’re getting a couple of pizzas. The food has always arrived hot and tasted nice. I’d say the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the discounts can be hit and miss depending on the day, but overall I’m happy.

Had a small issue with my order and wasn’t sure what was going on?? The guy on chat took a little while to reply, but once he did, he sorted it out quickly. All good in the end.

i mean, the food was alright, but the delivery tracking was basically no help. It barely updated, so I had no clue where the driver was, and then the order just showed up late. Bit annoying, honestly.

I ordered from Fireaway and, i felt a bit let down by the portion size. The pizza tasted okay, so it wasn’t a total miss, but for the price I just expected it to feel more filling. I finished it and still felt like I’d only had a snack rather than a proper meal, which was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they make the sizes a bit more worth it.
